Broome web has been redesigned and redefined.  The goal is to become the areas premiere resource on the Internet.  A website that provides guests with locally relevant information and insight, that enhances their daily lives.  Our ambitious project aspires to appeal to all demographics of Broome County residents and will feature specific content for each.  Here are the ways we intend to reach our goals:

This year's housing market is off to a quick start despite the national recession.  Home prices in Broome County have been stable due to low housing inventory and a relatively stable employment market.  Since the beginning of 2009, single family inventory has fluctuated between 1025 homes and 1175 homes in Greater Binghamton's Multiple Listing Service.
